May 15, 2012 - AdSafe Media today announced that it has named Kiril Tsemekhman as its new SVP, chief data officer. With over five years of online advertising experience that includes two innovative startups, Tsemekhman will focus on modeling online user behavior, developing algorithms to support complex segmentation rules, pattern recognition systems and sophisticated data mining technologies and designing products around the technology. Tsemekhman's twin brother, Vadim Tsemekhman, recently joined AdSafe Media as senior director of product management, bringing an extensive background in RTB technology to the company.

The 3MS Initiative brings together the ANA (Association of National Advertisers), IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau), MRC (Media Rating Council) and 4A’s (American Association of Advertising Agencies), managed by Bain Consulting, in a joint venture to attract brand dollars online by moving from a “served” impression standard to a “viewable” impression standard.
